Who we are

A designer, a developer, a social freelancer and a hosting company is four briefs and nobody in charge. We're one studio that owns all of it.

Trivoxa Labs is a digital studio for small and mid-sized companies. We work across brand, web, software, social and cloud — things that are usually bought separately, which is why so many brands look one way on their website, another on Instagram, and go quiet the day the server does.

We treat them as one job. The identity decides how the site looks. The site decides what the infrastructure has to carry. The feed keeps pointing people back to it.

1. Kontrolluesi i të dhënave

Kontrollues i të dhënave personale është Trivoxa Labs SH.P.K., 10000 Prishtinë, Republika e Kosovës, email: info@trivoxalabs.com. Ne i përpunojmë të dhënat në përputhje me Ligjin Nr. 06/L-082 për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale dhe, kur aplikohet, me Rregulloren e Përgjithshme për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave të BE-së (GDPR).

2. Cilat të dhëna i mbledhim

  • Vizita në faqe: adresa IP, lloji i shfletuesit, sistemi operativ, faqja referuese, data dhe ora e qasjes. Këto ruhen në skedarët e serverit për siguri dhe funksionim teknik.
  • Formulari „Create your idea“ dhe emaili: emri, adresa e emailit, emri i kompanisë (opsional), shërbimet që ju interesojnë, përshkrimi i idesë, afati i dëshiruar dhe, nëse e shtoni, një lidhje reference.
  • Klientët: të dhënat e kontaktit dhe faturimit, si dhe materialet që na dërgoni për projekte (tekste, imazhe, qasje në llogari).
  • Cookies dhe analitika: asnjë. Kjo faqe nuk vendos cookies dhe nuk përdor mjete analitike ose gjurmimi, shih pikën 5.

3. Qëllimi dhe baza ligjore

  • Për t'iu përgjigjur pyetjeve dhe kërkesave për oferta — hapat para lidhjes së kontratës ose interesi ynë legjitim.
  • Për realizimin e kontratave me klientët — përmbushja e kontratës.
  • Për faturim dhe kontabilitet — detyrim ligjor.
  • Për sigurinë dhe funksionimin e faqes — interes legjitim.
  • Nuk i përdorim të dhënat tuaja për analitikë, reklama ose buletine. Nëse kjo ndryshon, së pari do të kërkojmë pëlqimin tuaj.

4. Ndarja e të dhënave

Të dhënat i ndajmë vetëm me ofrues shërbimesh që na ndihmojnë të funksionojmë dhe që i përpunojnë ato sipas udhëzimeve tona:

  • Hostimi i faqes: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), SHBA – shpërndarje përmes rrjetit global të serverëve
  • Email dhe ruajtje në cloud: Spacemail (Spaceship, Inc.), SHBA
  • Dërgimi i formularit «Krijoni idenë tuaj»: Resend (Resend, Inc., SHBA) dhe, si rezervë, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – përcjellin të dhënat e formularit në emailin tonë

Nuk i shesim të dhënat personale. Të dhënat u jepen autoriteteve vetëm kur ligji e kërkon.

5. Cookies

Kjo faqe nuk vendos cookies dhe nuk përdor mjete analitike, gjurmimi ose reklamimi, prandaj nuk ka baner të cookies. Shkronjat (fontet) ngarkohen nga serveri ynë; nuk kontaktohet asnjë shërbim i jashtëm i fonteve. Nëse më vonë shtojmë mjete të tilla, do ta përditësojmë këtë politikë dhe së pari do të kërkojmë pëlqimin tuaj.

6. Transferimi jashtë vendit

Trivoxa Labs ka selinë në Republikën e Kosovës, e cila nuk është shtet anëtar i BE-së dhe për të cilën nuk ka vendim përshtatshmërie nga Komisioni Evropian. Të dhënat që na dërgoni nga BE-ja përpunohen prandaj në Kosovë, sipas ligjit të Kosovës për mbrojtjen e të dhënave të përmendur në pikën 1. Kur një klient nga BE-ja na dorëzon të dhëna personale për një projekt, me atë klient lidhim klauzolat standarde kontraktuale të Komisionit Evropian. Disa nga ofruesit tanë mund t'i përpunojnë të dhënat në vende të tjera; në këto raste mbështetemi në vendime përshtatshmërie ose në klauzola standarde kontraktuale.

7. Sa kohë i ruajmë

  • Mesazhet e kontaktit: deri në 12 muaj pas komunikimit të fundit, nëse nuk lidhet kontratë.
  • Të dhënat e klientëve dhe faturat: për aq kohë sa kërkon legjislacioni tatimor dhe kontabël.
  • Skedarët e serverit: deri në 30 ditë.

8. Të drejtat tuaja

Keni të drejtë të kërkoni qasje, korrigjim, fshirje, kufizim të përpunimit dhe transferueshmëri të të dhënave, si dhe të kundërshtoni përpunimin e bazuar në interes legjitim. Pëlqimin mund ta tërhiqni në çdo kohë. Për të ushtruar këto të drejta, na shkruani në info@trivoxalabs.com.

Keni gjithashtu të drejtë të paraqitni ankesë në Agjencinë për Informim dhe Privatësi (AIP) të Republikës së Kosovës. Përdoruesit në BE mund t'i drejtohen edhe autoritetit mbikëqyrës në vendin e tyre.

9. Siguria

Përdorim enkriptim (HTTPS), kontroll të qasjes dhe kopje rezervë për të mbrojtur të dhënat nga humbja ose qasja e paautorizuar.

10. Ndryshimet

1. Verantwortlicher

Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist die Trivoxa Labs SH.P.K., 10000 Prishtina, Republik Kosovo, E-Mail: info@trivoxalabs.com. Wir verarbeiten Daten nach dem kosovarischen Gesetz Nr. 06/L-082 über den Schutz personenbezogener Daten und, soweit anwendbar, nach der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

2. Welche Daten wir erheben

  • Besuch der Website: IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, verweisende Seite sowie Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs. Diese Daten werden in Server-Logfiles für Sicherheit und technischen Betrieb gespeichert.
  • Formular „Create your idea“ und E-Mail: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Firmenname (freiwillig), die gewünschten Leistungen, Ihre Beschreibung der Idee, der gewünschte Zeitrahmen und, falls angegeben, ein Referenzlink.
  • Kunden: Kontakt- und Rechnungsdaten sowie Materialien, die Sie uns für Projekte übermitteln (Texte, Bilder, Zugangsdaten).
  • Cookies und Analyse: keine. Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools, siehe Abschnitt 5.

3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

  • Beantwortung von Anfragen und Angebotsanfragen — vorvertragliche Maßnahmen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) oder berechtigtes Interesse (lit. f).

  • Versand des Formulars „Ihre Idee gestalten“: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) und als Ausweichlösung FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – leiten die Formulardaten an unsere E-Mail-Adresse weiter

Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten. An Behörden geben wir Daten nur weiter, wenn das Gesetz es verlangt.

5. Cookies

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Werbe-Tools; ein Cookie-Banner ist daher nicht erforderlich. Schriftarten werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen, es wird kein externer Schriftarten-Dienst kontaktiert. Sollten wir solche Tools künftig einsetzen, passen wir diese Erklärung an und holen vorher Ihre Einwilligung ein.

6. Übermittlung in Drittländer

Die Trivoxa Labs SH.P.K. hat ihren Sitz in der Republik Kosovo. Kosovo ist kein Mitgliedstaat der EU, und es besteht kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission. Daten, die Sie uns aus der EU übermitteln, werden daher im Kosovo nach dem in Abschnitt 1 genannten kosovarischen Datenschutzgesetz verarbeitet. Übergibt uns ein Kunde aus der EU personenbezogene Daten für ein Projekt, schließen wir mit diesem Kunden die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission ab. Einzelne Dienstleister können Daten in weiteren Ländern verarbeiten; in diesen Fällen stützen wir uns auf Angemessenheitsbeschlüsse oder Standardvertragsklauseln.

7. Speicherdauer

  • Kontaktanfragen: bis zu 12 Monate nach dem letzten Kontakt, sofern kein Vertrag zustande kommt.
  • Kundendaten und Rechnungen: so lange, wie steuer- und handelsrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflichten es verlangen.
  • Server-Logfiles: bis zu 30 Tage.

8. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie das Recht, einer auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhenden Verarbeitung zu widersprechen. Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit widerrufen. Wenden Sie sich dazu an info@trivoxalabs.com.

Sie können sich außerdem bei der Agentur für Information und Datenschutz (AIP) der Republik Kosovo oder bei der Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde in Ihrem EU-Mitgliedstaat beschweren.

9. Datensicherheit

Wir schützen Ihre Daten durch Verschlüsselung (HTTPS), Zugriffskontrollen und regelmäßige Backups vor Verlust und unbefugtem Zugriff.

10. Änderungen

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Trivoxa Labs SH.P.K., 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo, email: info@trivoxalabs.com. We process data in line with Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

  • Website visits: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and date and time of access. These are kept in server logs for security and technical operation.
  • “Create your idea” form and email: name, email address, company name (optional), the services you are interested in, your description of the idea, the timeline you choose and, if you add one, a reference link.
  • Clients: contact and billing details, plus materials you send us for projects (texts, images, account access).
  • Cookies and analytics: none. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools, see section 5.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • To answer questions and quote requests — steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest.
  • To carry out client contracts — performance of a contract.
  • For invoicing and accounting — legal obligation.
  • For website security and operation — legitimate interest.
  • We do not use your data for analytics, advertising or newsletters. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Sharing data

We share data only with service providers that help us operate and that process it on our instructions:

  • Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), USA – delivered through a global server network
  • Email and cloud storage: Spacemail (Spaceship, Inc.), USA
  • Delivery of the “Create your idea” form: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and, as a backup, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – forward the form data to our email address

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts are delivered from our own server; no external font service is contacted. If we add such tools later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

6. International transfers

Trivoxa Labs is based in the Republic of Kosovo, which is not a member state of the EU and for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision. Data you send us from the EU is therefore processed in Kosovo, under the Kosovo data protection law named in section 1. Where a client in the EU passes personal data to us for a project, we agree the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with that client. Some of our providers may process data in other countries; in those cases we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

  • Contact messages: up to 12 months after our last exchange, if no contract follows.
  • Client data and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@trivoxalabs.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) of the Republic of Kosovo. Users in the EU may also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.

9. Security

We use encryption (HTTPS), access controls and backups to protect data from loss or unauthorized access.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
